How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are hand made to order, we do not mass produce. Once we receive your order please allow 5-7 working days for the item to be made (excludes Sat, Sun & bank holidays. Once made we will then dispatch using Royalmail.

My order has not arrived and it has been over 10 days since i ordered?

Please mail us at lilybellabridal@live.co.uk with your name, date ordered and the item details

Can i get an item in a hurry?

Yes we offer Special Delivery to All uk and Northern Ireland addresses for an extra £3.95. Please add a note with the payment of a date the item needs to be received by.

Do you create bespoke items?

Yes we do, please email us at lilybellabridal@live.co.uk with the item you require.

Do you do wholesale?

Yes we do, we stock boutiques all over the UK please email us on lilybellabridal@live.co.uk for more information

Do you ship outside the UK?

No we do not ship worldwide, we only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.
