Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Due to the limitations of colour display your screen may not show exactly the correct colour of the product being viewed.

We do not accept liability for any typographical, clerical or other errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to add, delete, and modify any of the information found on the Website at any time without notice.

Payment:

Online payments are via paypal which is not only convenient, its quick and probably the most secure method of payment over the internet. Payment by cheque is also accepted, after the funds have cleared orders will be dispatched. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to pay by cheque.

Delivery:

All items are dispatched as soon as the item is made and ready to dispatch. Normally delivery is within 5 working days. Please contact us for rush delivery. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery. All items are tissue wrapped and boxed and then repackaged to ensure save delivery.

Ordering:

All items are handmade to order so all designs can be tailored to your requirements. Please contact me with bespoke orders or design alterations before placing your order. Once your order is received we handmake your item within 3 working days.

Refunds:

As some Lily Bella items are made to order and no stock is held, all made to order items are non refundable. This is compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please contact me upon receipt and I will do my best to sort the problem. Items returned with no prior notification will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.

Lily Bella Bridal are compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000 which provides a 7 working day no quibble guarantee (minus postage) on items within the 'Ready to wear' collection. Items should be returned within 7 days.

Please contact us within 3 working days if you wish to return a 'Ready to wear collection'  item. The buyer is responsible for the return p&p. All items must be returned via Recorded delivery. Items that arrive back in a used condition or missing original packaging will not be refunded.Once the item is returned to us the buyer will be refunded minus any p&p within 28 days.Items returned after 7 days will not be refunded.

Care of your items:

Due to the nature of silver and silver plated items they will if left in the air slowly tarnish over time.
To keep items at there best before your big day try to avoid handling too much and keep the item boxed in tissue paper and away from any moisture.Use hairspray and perfume before adding your jewellery or tiara. For small items the best way to keep them looking there best is to occasionaly clean them with a silver cloth.
